WHAT I BELIEVE

People want things done in an economical and timely fashion. They want their questions answered and they want to be able to communicate with their lawyer when they need to.  When you hire me you get me. You do not get passed off to a secretary, a paralegal or another lawyer. I handle your case personally from start to finish and I use the latest technology to get the job done.

You also get my cell phone number. I want my clients to know that they can reach me 7 days a week. I am committed to providing my clients with the peace of mind of knowing that I am there for them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Another important issue is cost. People want to know what things will cost. I discuss this aspect of my representation during the first office conference.  I will never surprise you with an unexpected cost, charge or expense.

My core belief is that someone must look out for the little guy. I have learned that the system can sometimes be insensitive to the needs and problems of the individual. The lunch menu and the five o'clock bell can be more important to the powers that be than what has happened, what is happening or what may happen to you.

My job is to protect you against this attitude. I will make sure that your rights are enforced and that justice is done. My commitment to my client is that I will employ every legal means available to accomplish that objective.

Last but not least, I tell it like it is. People appreciate honest and straightforward answers to their questions. They want a clear understanding of where they stand. For this reason, I always give my clients the best case/worst case scenario and then work as hard as I can to achieve the best possible outcome in their case.
